Welcome to Magnt. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI photo enhancement and profile review services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Magnt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Magnt provides AI-powered photo enhancement and profile review services for dating app users. Our service uses artificial intelligence to enhance photos and provide feedback on dating profiles.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You agree not to use the service to create deceptive or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Magnt offers auto-renewable subscription plans: STARTER PLAN: $3/week with 25 photo enhancements per period. PRO PLAN: $10/month with unlimited enhancements. PREMIUM PLAN: $100/year with unlimited enhancements. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
7. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. Prices are subject to change with notice. For iOS purchases, refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
8. Intellectual Property
Magnt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated enhancements may vary in quality and results.
10. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
