- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- What if a photo or video fails?
- The credits go straight back to you, automatically. For questions about a charge, contact support.
- What does “8 at once” mean?
- How many photos or videos can be in progress at the same time. On Max, 8 can run together. Start another when one finishes.
- Can I upgrade my plan?
- You can upgrade from your account whenever you like. Your new credits start right away.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Plan credits don't. They refresh every 30 days. Top-up credits do, for up to 2 years.
- Can I buy extra credits?
- Yes, once you have a plan. Extra credits last 2 years and are only used once your plan credits for the month run out.
- Do yearly plans get all their credits up front?
- No. You pay once a year, and your credits arrive every month.
- Does the Image API use my credits?
- Yes. API requests draw from the same credits as your plan, at the same prices as the app.
