Billing and credits

- What does a photo or video cost?
- A photo is 1 credit, or 2 at 4K. Video is 5 credits a second at 720p and 6 a second at 1080p, so a 5 second clip is 25 or 30.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. Plan credits refresh every 30 days. Top-up credits last 2 years and are used after your plan credits run out.
- What if something fails?
- You get the credits back automatically. Nothing to claim.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. Plans start at $9.99 a month. Yearly plans save you 6+ months.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account. No call, no form.
- Can I get a refund?
- Payments are final, so we don't offer refunds. If a photo or video fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
Your photos

- Will it still look like me?
- That's the whole point. Magnt learns your face from a few selfies, once. Then it changes the place, the outfit and the light. Not your face.
- How long does a photo take?
- About 60 seconds for most photos.
- Are my photos private?
- Yes. Only you can see what you upload and make. We never sell your photos or use them for ads.
- Where do I find and download them?
- Everything lands in your Library. Filter by photos or videos and download any of them at full quality.
- Can it fix an old photo?
- Yes. Restore takes out scratches, fading and stains and brings the color back. Upscale takes it up to 4K.
Video
Moving pictures, from a photo or a sentence.
- What kinds of video can I make?
- Three. Bring to life turns any photo into a moving clip. Product video shoots your product like an ad. Copy a motion borrows a move from our library, like a slow turn, a walk-in or a toast.
- Can my photo talk?
- Yes. Add a script when you bring a photo to life and it says the words.
- How long, and how sharp?
- 5 or 10 seconds, at 720p or 1080p. A 5 second clip is 25 credits at 720p or 30 at 1080p.
- How long does a video take?
- A few minutes. It lands in your Library when it's done.
- Can I upload my own reference video?
- Not yet. For now, pick a move from the motion library.
Account
Getting in, and getting out.
- I can't log in.
- Use Forgot password on the log in page. Still locked out? Email us from the address on your account.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Profile, then Manage account. Your account, photos and videos are permanently removed within 30 days.
- Does the Image API use the same account?
- Yes. API keys belong to your account and draw from the same plan credits. Manage them at magnt.app/developers.
