Boost

App feature

Paying to push your profile to the top of the local stack temporarily.

What it means

A Boost (Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge all have versions) puts your profile at the top of nearby users' stacks for a window of time — usually 30 minutes. The bet is that more visibility produces more matches in a short burst. Whether it's worth it depends heavily on whether your profile already converts when seen — boosting a weak profile mostly means more passes.
